Description | The paper describes the experience further professional development of university teachers in reflective approach when implementing reflective seminars on teaching practice. Seminars in support of the implementation of new connections in the practice gained experience and theoretical knowledge of student teachers raised the need for teachers to develop and cultivate their own skills to reflect on teaching practice. The paper informs on the progress of the seminars, allowing the development of reflective skills and also about associated the factors promoting or limiting acceptance model of reflective practitioners across departments of the Faculty of Education. |
