Description | Many authors call the results of the Czech curricular reform disappointing and that imposes the question, how we can eliminate some problems of the reform. In this situation the research in the area of curriculum issues has a crucial role. The fact that the implementation of the reform is not without complications, points us to a foreign curriculum, because we believe that such a research can bring some inspiration, instruction, and can help to develop existing training models. In the present study, therefore, we analyze the projected curriculum of physical education of the Irish Republic, with a focus on primary education. We hope this will support reflection and perhaps understanding of the Czech curriculum. |
