| Description | The encyclopedia is divided into several parts. Aside from the opening introductory studies explaining the origination and essence of law, the relationship between the state and law, periodization of development of the state and law in the area of today’s Czech Republic, and aside from the development of legal science, the crucial part of encyclopedia is the multivolume complex of the headwords (entry words). The encyclopedia also has a special independent part which contains a vast collection of biographies of the prominent Czech and Slovakian lawyers. The encyclopedia includes numerous annexes and a detailed review of the main events of legal history. Each entry word (headword) contains a detailed bibliography and each entry word is followed by a list of other related entries. |
