Description This review provides overview of electrophoretic techniques used for determination of binding parameters such as binding constant and number of binding sites. Various approaches based on CE are described. It focuses on the experimental arrangement of methods and on possible results obtained by them. Beside the advantages of CE for determination of binding parameters are emphasized and compare as well.
