Description | Max Lüscher formed his theory of regulative psychology. The utilization of Lüscher’s diagnostic is also related to his original theory of mental balance. Professor Max Lüscher’s tests are nonverbal tests of forced choice on colors and shapes tables. They’re based on his theory of regulative psychology and theory of mental balance. Lüscher’s tests are not projective tests! They’re not based in psychoanalytic theory and they don’t need psychoanalytic terms. It’s a special case of assessment on rating scales, where there are many possible answers, but it’s a finite number of answers (there’s 8 colors in the test and 256 possible choices). Projective tests have infinite possible options of answer, which are categorized during interpretation! Professor Max Lüscher’s tests are not psychometric tests During the research of the effects of solar activity on physiological characteristics of people and their actual mental . I bring you preliminary report on relationship between sunshine hours and Lüschers Test results. Sunshine hours is a value describing duration of sunshine in a day. It is measured with electronic heliographs. The data was provided by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute in Brno. Test’s reliability. We’ve established a measure of test’s stability, which is one of the aspects of reliability. We’ve found a suitable stability of rating on rating scales of each color and codes for rating anxiety, overcompensation and overall disturbance in mental balance. From this we can derive excellent, or at least satisfactory stability of ratings of the overall test. |
