Description | Richard J. Schubert significantly expanded systematic approach to the taxonomy of Paleogene and Neogene fish otoliths, mainly of the Central Paratethys. He opened the use of otoliths for paleogeographic and paleoecological conclusions and discussed the possible options of using them in stratigraphy. |
