| Description | As of 17 August 2015 the conflict-of-laws rules in matters relating to succession are contained in the Succession Regulation. This regulation has replaced the regulation contained in the Private International Law Act. The aim of this article is to analyse the legal regulation of the selected conflict-of-laws aspects in succession matters contained in the Succession Regulation and Private International Law Act and the comparison of both regulations. |
