| Description | Study aids „Selected Topics in Sociology of Law“ is devoted to students in undergraduate curricula legal specialization. Study orientation is cleary subordinated to the scructure of work prepared and clearly written text of individual chapters are devoted to the definition of sociology of law and an introduction to its main leaders and trends, sociological understanding of law, the role and effect of law in social reality, issues of social deviance and social control, and methodological problems of sociological research. Text at the end of each chapter added to the control questions and at the end is attached some thematic excerpts from classical sociological works. |
