| Description | Criminal procedure as a unitary term has to be able to cover a variety of very different factual situations and to react to them. Nevertheless, the specifics of an investigation of various kinds of crimes are not solely a question for forensic science regarding the methods of securing and interpreting the clues, but also of the criminal procedure law regarding the legal frame of the realisation of the evidence process. In this paper I wan to deal with the issue of how can a legal regulation create specific conditions for the evidence process of a particular kind of criminality and keep the unitary nature of the criminal procedure at the same time. |
