| Description | This paper introduces Active Ageing Index to the context of the Czech Republic by its regional application (Regional Active Ageing Index – RAAI). The strengths and limitations of Active Ageing Index are shortly disused, with the emphasis on the methodological limits for the policy application. The regional application for NUTS2 is made using SHARE data where alternative indicators were necessary. The results show regional and gender disparities in RAAI, with the region of Prague reaching the top ranking. |
