| Description | Paper is dealing with the analyse of the chosen preserved municipal and black books from the area of Moravia, Bohemia and Slovakia. It makes clear the particular types of crime, also describes kinds of punishments and their execution. It compares them in different sources and evaluates their rate in the historical justice of the municipalities. |
