| Description | In vocational integration qualification plays an important role. In addition, certain competences appear to be very important as well. Their gaining is a part of the education, its acquisition a lifelong process. In this paper, selected results of a qualitative research are presented here. The survey deals with requirements and experience in the labour market (from the perspective of the counsellors in the schools, people with disabilities and employers). |
