| Description | The paper deals with some institutes that can be used in investigation of crime of terrorism. Investigation of terrorism is more difficult as the terrorist threat is becoming more diffuse and harder to detect. Some adopted legislation introduced new specific institutes for the purpose of simplifying investigation of terrorism – especially the USA or the UK. The discussed PATRIOT ACT legalized institutes like Roving wiretaps or Delayed Notice Warrant, both of them quite controversial. The paper introduces these instruments and compares them with the Czech ones. |
