Description | Discussion paper focuses on an accrual and a popular topic of tacit knowledge novice teachers. Tacit knowledge (Arrow, Shoemaker, 2013) in conjunction with the theme of education represent the conceptualization based on the original concept of Polanyi (1958). This concept is an attractive option to grab personal verbally elusive, difficult procedurally oriented and communicable experience (knowledge) and distinguishes it from explicit knowledge, which is also personal and related to the external environment, but communicable. The paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this conceptualization and seeks to offer even more options conceptualization (early) professional experience-based knowledge and constructs cognitive psychology to enhance the professional (self) reflection of novice teachers. |
