Description | The paper focuses on selective attention of EFL teachers (as a dimension of professional vision) and its changes after participation in videoclubs, professional development programme based on collaborative analysis of classroom video sequences. Interviews with teachers before and after videoclubs were analysed using a theory-driven coding scheme. The appears that the teachers focused more on content and aims after participating in videoclubs, which was in line with the aims of the intervention. |
