| Description | In the present invention, there is provided a disclosed a process of direct mono-N-substitution of piperazine in synthetically significant yields in a simple performance being characterized in that there is prepared piperazine-1 cation and subsequently under catalysis of a compound of a d-metal, aluminium or cerium, the piperazine-1 cation reacts with an electrophilic agent, preferably in the molar ratio of the piperazine-1 cation to the electrophilic agent in the range of 1:1 to 1:1.4. |
