| Description | Firing devices and lime kilns discovered between the years 2009-2010 in Hrubá Vrbka (tract of land “Za Bařinou”) illustrate the lime production in Roman period directly in the barbaricum. These findings significantly extend not too numerous base of sources for studying ancient production methods, processes and technologies and contribute to the knowlegde of the former population´s economy in Central Europe. |
