| Description | The issue of provocation or to deliberate provocative act or expression, action or behavior of people passed continuously through the legal system. Thus, the unthinkable is also connected with the public administration as a whole or individual organs protruding within the public administration, but also their responsibility for it. The author in his contribution will focus on individual aspects of provocation from the perspective of criminal law practice and all liability for any offense and the possibility of accurate determination of its perpetrators, especially on the part of public authorities. |
