| Description | The aim of this paper is to discuss the guarantee schemes of private financial resources in the financial market. This area forms the third pillar of the banking union, so far unrealized at European level. The big question is whether the international guarantee system is ever realistic because countries with stable credit market will most likely only endow the system, without taking anything from it. On the other hand, increasingly integrated and highly interconnected international financial market could be even more robust if this third pillar is fully international. |
