| Description | Code of Administrative Procedure within 10 years of its effectiveness through many changes. This is how changes made in the form of its amendments and changes that were caused primarily the conclusions of the case law of the administrative courts. It shows that changes in the approach to the Code of Administrative Procedure induced case law is sometimes more fundamental nature rather than changes in the text explicitly performed by the legislator. |
