| Description | Although effect of individual SNPs in relation to EARR was not confirmed in the Czech population, analysis of allelic or genotypic combinations of two variants in the gene coding P2RX7 suggests that variation in this gene as well as the duration of treatment could be important factors contributing to the formation of post orthodontic EARR. |
