| Description | Based on our previous findings, the TT homozygote genotypes in MMP-2 gene promoters can distinguish with a high significance parapsoriasis from CTCL (all stages) as well as from CTCL, stage I/Ia. We concluded that this could substantially improve a decision about the therapy in early stages of CTCL. Aim of this study was to evaluate an association of the MMP-2 (-790 T/G) gene polymorphism with survival in patients with CTCL. |
