Description Surface collection and a geophysical survey on the site Stránská skála IV (Brno, cadastral territory of Slatina) revealed traces of activities related to the Bell Beaker culture. A sounding on the place confirmed the presence of an inferred structure from which numerous pottery fragments of the culture in question and a few thousand pieces of the lithic chipped industry have been recovered. On that ground it can be presumed the discovered structure was linked with processing of the local lithic raw materials – cherts of the Stránská skála type.
