| Description | The publication deals with local tax legislation in the Czech Republic with current knowledge of theory and practice. The aim of this monograph is to analyze the various local taxes in the Czech Republic, especially in the framework of their legislation. It is also at this point also pointed to the economic autonomy of municipalities, as one of the essential characteristics of local government, which is primarily based on the municipal budget and the revenues of the local charges reflected. |
