Description | Presented textbook is prepared for purposes of education in a one-semester elective course International Criminal Law. Its structure therefore follows the structure of this course. The textbook is divided into eleven chapters, which corresponds with tuition in one semester, encompassing: (i) general introduction to the discipline of international criminal law; (ii) substantive and procedural part of international criminal law; (iii) vertical and horizontal part of international criminal law; and finally (iv) brief overview of current practice of the most important international criminal tribunal ever established – the International Criminal Court. Each chapter is divided into three parts: introduction, sources, questions and recommended further reading. |
