| Description | European (and other international) legal documents during last decades presents many positives of principle of opportunity - which expresses discretion of public prosecutors whether to commence criminal prosecution or not - mainly in connection of ideas on effectiveness of criminal proceedings. The recommendations that are derived from such documents are closely analyzed (with regard to national systems of law) in order to present position of authors towards possible unification of criminal proceedings in European area as well as on development of national criminal proceedings under influence of principle of opportunity. |
