| Description | The population of small mammals living on the territory of the CZECH REPUBLIC are important reservoirs of some pathogenic zoonotic disease. Significant effect on the incidence rate of the pathogen in the rodent populations can have climatic and other conditions. In our study, we are finding such environment variables that affect the presence of statistically significant pathogens and their use to predict the likelihood of being infected by the disease. |
