| Description | The guide summarizes recommended steps for better inclusion of external subjects into public administration decision-making. The guide has three main thematic sections, which are further elaborated its Annexes: 1. In the first (Chapter 2) summarizes the extent of the topic involving stakeholders in decision-making on public affairs. 2. In the second (chapter 3) addresses the problems that may face the practical involvement of stakeholders. 3. In the last (chapters 4-7) sets out the first concrete steps recommended for good implementation of guide in relation to systematically cooperation with stakeholders. Following presents tools for greater involvement of stakeholders, which may inspire local authority that involvement begins, even an office whose practice of engaging stakeholders is already advanced. Two version of the guide were prepared - the first for small municipalities and the second for larger authorities. |
