| Description | The article deals with the issue of starting-point of period as a fundamental basis for determining the total length of judicial proceedings. It is necessary for assessment of reasonability of this period and possibly redress for breach of the reasonable-time requirement. In this article, the author focuses there on the relevant case-law of European Court of Human Rights and The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The author especially deals with starting-point of civil proceedings and starting-point of criminal proceedings. |
