Results: In total of 110 respondents working at the intensive care units 91.8% of women were involved in the study. Average age was 33 years; average length of professional career was 12 years. Statistically significant differences were found and verified in the level of respondent´s knowledge in relation to the type of workplace and type of undergraduate education before the educational activities (p < 0.01), respondents from anaesthesiology have demonstrated higher level of knowledge.
