| Description | The amendment of the legal definition of “lege artis” in the Act on effective health services in the Czech Republic since 2012 has opened a question in practice, whether the obligations of the experts were also extended while assessing medical malpractice in criminal procedures. The paper discusses an appropriate formulation of the conclusions of such expertises, considering the distinction between question of fact and questions of law. |
