| Description | The paper deals with the issue of financing of territorial self-governments (municipalities and regions), in an international context. Describes the structure of public administration, the importance of budgetary policy, the objectives of European integration policy. The focus is on the objectives and instruments of regional policy and, at the same time, the sources of EU funding in the 2014-2020 programming period. Finally, the quality of the management of public funds by territorial self-governing units is evaluated. |
