| Description | Our paper deals with current question of extension of criminalization, it will focus on genesis of new bodies of the crimes in recent czech penal code. Recent events forced debates about extension of bodies of the crimes, which are not yet established in the penal code. There are some voices, which claim that some behaviour (e.g. intention to support and participate on terrorist organization), which cannot be prosecuted because of that there is no such crime in the penal code. On the basis of those initiatives, after detailed analysis of recent events, we are going to focus on thoughts about necessity of establishing of new bodies of crimes, especially in relation with subsidiarity of criminal repressionc and with over-expansion of criminal punishment. |
