Description | Quality schools, including in the kindergartens, often becomes part of both technical and political discussions. It was opened at the Ministry of Education discussion to professional qualifications of teachers in kindergartens in January 2016. The paper discusses the quality in relation to the qualification and presents the results of studies that related to this problem. It presents an overview study focused on the topic of preschool teacher. The study shows that the profession of preschool teachers includes a number of specific and demanding activities, which in practice are not always being implemented. At the same time introduces the concept of reflective practice, which is part of the discourse on initial teacher education. |
