| Description | Flash flood is a natural phenomena which received considerable attention from governments, the professional community, media and general public because of its dangerous damaging course. The developed methodology allows timely predict floods on the individual sections of the rivers also outside the area immediately affected by extreme rainfall. An early warning allows saving human lives. |
