| Description | The issue of the activities of the ombudsman and the activities of the supervisory prosecutor in protecting the rights of prisoners and their comparison is still partially neglected by the professional literature. These activities are related to a large extent. In some aspects they are similar and in others they differ, but both are preferentially directed to a different problem in this area. In my work I separately analyse the two institutions and then compare both of them, where the aim of my work is to provide the reader their detailed analysis. |
