| Description | It is not enough for the offender to convict him of a crime to the execution of an unconditional sentence of imprisonment and rely on it to be corrected. On the contrary, there is a need of a prisoner to receive appropriate penitentiary and post-penitentiary care, which will facilitate his subsequent resocialisation after his release, thus reducing the probability of his subsequent relapse. |
