| Description | A case report of an 60-years old man, a smoker with a diagnosis of ruptured isolated common iliac aneurysm is presented. A patient had been examinated in an emergency ambulance for a sudden colic pain in a hipster area with a clinical suspicion of renal colic. Diagnosis of ruptured common iliac artery aneurysm was made by ultrasonography and subsequently by computer tomography. Urgent surgical operation had been performed and confirmed a diagnosis of ruptured common iliac artery aneurysm. |
