| Description | Part of the state mechanism of every state is besides state authorities, judicial bodies and direct coercion also public administration. The organization and the nature of the administrative system is always an accurate reflection of the political situation in the developmental stage of the state. For this reason, the study of political and legal history is absolutely necessary for getting detailed with the very development of public administration. This was also the direction of this book. The book is written to satisfy particularly interested subjects in the issue of organization of modern public administration and administrative law, and allow them to examine contemporary issues in historical context. For this reason, attention was mainly focused on the organization of modern public administration, the development after 1848. |
