| Description | The book summarizes the history of constitutional law in the Czech lands since their beginnings in the mid-19th century to the present. The publication is clearly divided by basic constitutional milestones since the revolution of 1848, despite the emergence of the independent Czechoslovak Republic, the Constitution of the socialist period after the adoption of the current Czech Constitution. Making it easy for readers the book was interested in the often complicated development of constitutional law in the Czech lands. Individual attention is given to a constitutional court. |
