| Description | The second city of Cape Verde occupies an important place in Cape Verdean literature. From the moment when the magazine Claridade appeared in the 30's of last century, Mindelo can be considered the center of cultural and literary life. In this city many important works of Cape Verde are unrolled and our objective is to observe the evolution of the image of the city and its function as a literary space, from the beginning of the Cape Verdean literature to the present days. |
