| Description | The chapter is devoted to the understanding of town in Christian tradition and in a specific space of the city of Brno at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The author concludes that Christian understanding of town mission is ambivalent - on the one hand there is the model of heavenly Jerusalem, on the other hand corrupt Babylon. |
