| Description | The topic of the article is to show some aspects of the contribution of F. Weyr for the current general legal theory. It consists mainly in the formulation of the issue thoroughly sophisticated way of seeing and unilaterally oriented view of the external and internal structure of the standard elements that compose it, their types and influence ideas about them, including their interrelationships. This approach reflects the current theory of legal dogmatic, which he describes as a theory in the "narrow sense". |
