| Description | Adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a rare precursor lymphoproliferative neoplasm. This chapter summarizes its diagnostic work-up, reviews current treatment options and provides a detailed description of several new drugs (blinatumomab, inotuzumab ozogamicin, nelarabine, and ponatinib). Two case reports of patients treated using these new drugs are attached as well. |
