Description | Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) has become a powerful technique in analysis of samples in solid state. This technique was also used to study dinosaur skeletal remains - determination of elemental contents and distributions of matrix, minor and trace elements. The aim of this study was to determine the degree of diagenesis of phosphate and carbonate phase. As a comparative method, EMPA was perfomed. |
