Description | Many young people face difficulties when entering labour market. They are often equipped with knowledge and skills they acquired in school and lack practical experience. Their wishes and expectations do not meet reality. Sometimes, they lack self-confidence. The focus of the international project SEN Employment Links (SENEL) is put on young people with SEND and employers. Wo offer examples of best practices, young people with disabilities/disadvantages from four countries (GB, F, GE, CZ) who are successfully employed and employers who gave them the opportunity. In an international cooperation we prepare tools which should enhance professional inclusion of people with disabilities. We focus on perspectives and opportunities for young people with disabilities. The workshop will discuss partial outcomes and findings. |
