Description A conference lecture: The article was created as surveys carried out different kinds of motivation of pupils in individual subjects. According to RVP biology, chemistry, geography and physics are sorted to the science subjects. The article points out the importance of experiments as a motivational element of increasing the interest of pupils to these subjects in primary and secondary schools. In the first part are mentioned models and interpretative principles of motivation. The next part highlights the connection with the popularity of motivation subjects, defines the term experiment, internal and external motivation and deals with the personality of the teacher. The conclusion is devoted to the project "Masaryk juniverzita" as an example of one of many ways to popularize science subjects to pupils.
