| Description | The criminal responsibility of so-called public officials as well as their protection by means of criminal law is a recent and well discussed topic. It is also important to bear in mind that criminal offences committed by public officials and those against them have a strong negative influence on attitudes and opinions of citizens and also on general state of public administration, state administration and self-government in which public officials operate. Main objective of this monograph is to determine the issue of public officials in its full extent with emphasis on selected theoretical and practical aspects of both substantial and procedural criminal law. |
