Basic preconditions to do well at school is good regimen which contains also right nourishment rules. There is a hypothesis that students changing elementary school to high school change their nourishment rules, because they have less time for eating and they are getting free from the influence of their parents which used to supervise children´s nourishment rules. The inquiry was made at 3 high schools in Ivančice town, the total number of the respondents is 104. Information about students´ nourishment rules were got by questionnaire. The result of the students´ questioning from the investigated school in Ivančice region is, that less students of the high schools have breakfast, snack, afternoon tea and dinner than pupils of the basic schools. The frequency of having lunches at the high school is approximately the same as at the basic school. Girls take one´s meals less often than boys. |
