| Description | The lecture dealt with the legal context of Baťa's activities. It was focused on the engagement of Dominik Čipera and Hugo Vavrečka in the central Czechoslovak Government as well as analysed the issue of the possible presidency of J. A. Baťa. The most important decisions in the matter of an unfair competition against Baťa Co. were mentioned. The last part of the lecture was dedicated to the ownership of the company after Tomáš Baťa's death and the nationalization of Baťa's companies in some states. The lecture was affected by the book "Spory o Baťův odkaz". |
